Roundup Issue Tracker was initially set up September 2003 by Jintao Wang at http://www.genenetwork.org:8888/webqtl/index. I am not sure if we are running verison 1.3 (the most recent version as of May 2007. Roundup was used extensively from 2004 to 2006 by Rob Williams and colleagues. When Jintao left GN in the summer of 2006, the use of Roundup dropped gradually due to difficulties is maintaining speed and email functions. As a result, for the last year, R Williams has relied primarily on the old-fashioned way of tracking issues (conversation and email). This unfortunately, is not working nearly as well as Roundup worked. A more concerted effort should be made summer 2007 to get Roundup working properly again, or to convert to another system with similar functions.
