Update: None of this exists.

I am going to create 3 scripts which will do daily, weekly, and monthly backup on various important data/code files in our servers.

Files to backup

  • the gn project codebase repository in subversion: /home/gndeveloper/gn
  • mysql database dump files: ??

Locations

The backup will be kept on QtlreaperMachine at /Network/Servers/qtlreaper/backup.

Scripts

  • /home/zsun/sysscripts/weeklybackup.csh has been set up to do weekly backup, and it is scheduled to run at 4am on every Monday.
